Education Counseling Internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Attend walk-ins to the office and counsel for overseas opportunities
2. Counsel students regarding educational issues such as country selection, course, and program selection
3. Respond to incoming email and phone inquiries
4. Communicate with clients regarding admission applications and student visas
5. Listen to customer requirements and present the product appropriately
6. Network with students for career counseling, generating leads and business development
7. Aim to achieve targets
8. Attend team meetings and share best practice with colleagues
9. Identify skills, interests & career goals of the prospective students
10. Train & hire new candidates
11. Keep a record of client data
