About the internship
We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Sustainable Water Solutions Intern to join our team at UNIDEL. This internship offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in water conservation projects and contribute to meaningful initiatives aimed at preserving our planet's most valuable resource. The selected candidate will work closely with a team with diverse backgrounds to assist in research, analysis, and implementation of various water conservation strategies.
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Conduct research on water conservation best practices, technologies, and policies
2. Assist in data collection and analysis related to water usage, efficiency, and conservation efforts
3. Participate in fieldwork, including site visits, water quality testing, and irrigation analyses
4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for water-saving measures within our organization and community
5. Assist in the implementation of water conservation projects and explore water farming techniques including rainwater harvesting systems, water-efficient landscaping, and water reuse initiatives
6. Provide administrative support as needed, including organizing meetings, maintaining project documentation, and preparing reports
Eligibility:
1. Currently enrolled in a degree program related to environmental science, water resources management, hydraulic engineering, sustainability, or a related field
2. Passion for environmental conservation and a strong interest in water issues

2. can start the internship between 17th Apr'24 and 22nd May'24
3. are available for duration of 3 months
4. are from or open to relocate to Mumbai and neighboring cities
