Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Conduct research and trend analysis: Assist in identifying trends, fabrics, and competitor designs.
2. Support design development: Contribute to sketching, mood board creation, and fabric selection.
3. Prepare tech packs: Help create tech packs with measurements and fabric details for manufacturers.
4. Coordinate prototype development: Assist with sample creation and fittings.
5. Organize design presentations: Prepare design sketches and materials for internal reviews.
6. Manage inventory and products: Track stock levels and report on product performance.
7. Write product descriptions: Create detailed product descriptions and assist with listings.
8. Analyze sales data: Examine sales data and provide performance reports.
9. Gather market insights: Collect feedback from customers and monitor industry trends.
10. Support marketing efforts: Collaborate with the marketing team on product launches and styling for photoshoots.
11. Engage with customers: Assist in engaging the FlexTribe community and gathering product feedback.
12. Communicate with vendors: Help coordinate with suppliers and vendors.
