1. Assist in the design process by researching trends, creating mood boards, and developing sketches
2. Collaborate with the design team to develop new collections and product lines
3. Support the merchandising team in analyzing sales data and trends to make strategic business decisions
4. Assist in the sourcing of materials and trims for production
5. Help with sample management and organization, including fittings and measurements.
6. Assist with day-to-day tasks and projects to ensure the smooth operation of the design and merchandising departments.
