About the internship
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Support the design team by creating mood boards, sketches, and fabric swatches.
2. Help prepare sample garments and assist in selecting fabrics and trims.
3. Coordinate with vendors and suppliers for material procurement and track the production process.
4. Ensure that timelines are met by monitoring inventory levels and maintaining production schedules.
5. Maintain accurate records of fabric samples, trims, and materials used for each design.
6. Organize documentation of production timelines, orders, and inventory levels to ensure smooth operations.
7. Update and manage design archives, including sketches, patterns, and completed garment details for future reference.

Other requirements
1. Pursue or have recently completed a degree in fashion design, fashion merchandising, or a related field.
2. Gain prior internship or work experience in fashion design or production, which is a plus but not mandatory.
3. Collaborate effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Additional information
Stipend structure: This is a performance-based internship. In addition to the minimum-assured stipend, you will also be paid a performance-linked incentive (₹ 100 per illustration).
