3. Support the production process by creating tech packs and communicating with manufacturers
4. Conduct market research and trend analysis to inform design decisions
5. Assist with fittings and quality control to ensure garments meet our standards
6. Help with organizing and maintaining the design studio and sample library
7. Contribute creative ideas and innovative solutions to drive the brand forward
