1. Developing different designs for healthcare and sports apparel products
2. Improving current designs and creating new product designs for product illustrations, design, and packaging
3. Prioritizing and managing multiple projects within design specifications and budget restrictions & reviewing layouts for errors and suggesting improvements when necessary
4. Researching new design trends of the latest designs & finding suitable designs and other resources/people to handle different designing requirements, if need be
5. Coordinating with the factories and partners for design execution
6. Working on other graphics-related work, such as e-commerce, photograph editing & posting images on social media
7. Designing graphics for marketing collateral (flyers, banners, brochures, portfolios, emails, etc.), including written content

Additional information
Stipend structure: This is a performance-based internship. In addition to the minimum-assured stipend, you will also be paid a performance-linked incentive (₹ 2000 per monthly performance).
