As a Field Sales Executive intern at Fulcrum Retail Solutions, you will have an opportunity to learn & put to real world test the fundamentals of sales, marketing, business negotiation, and problem-solving. Your proficiency in spoken English and Kannada will be essential in effectively communicating with clients & closing deals.
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Actively (Daily) hunt for new sales opportunities through field visits, and followups
2. Meet Small and Micro Business Owners and talk to them about the features & benefits of Fulcrum Retail Solution
3. Persuasively communicate how Fulcrum Retail Solution can help manage, market and monetise customers for increased business
4. Develop & make compelling sales pitches / presentations
5. Negotiate & close deals; onboard them via digital onboarding process
6. Maintain accurate records of client interactions and sales activities daily
7. Meet or exceed personal Daily//W/F/M sales targets
8. Attend review calls - daily, weekly and attend monthly meet-ups
9. Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure customer satisfaction & retention
10. Is willing to work and learn on the go
11. Has extrovert abilities to talk anywhere & with anyone to make our company known!

1. This is a SALES TARGET based internship. In addition to minimum-assured stipend, you will also be paid a performance-linked incentives.
2. On successful achievement of monthly targets during 3 month probation period, we are open to offering a full time job as Field Sales Associate. Successful candidates can expect a minimum salary of Rs. 3Lacs / year + UNLIMITED sales / target based incentives!

Job offer: On successful conversion to a permanent employee, the candidate can expect a salary of Rs. 300000 to 600000 /year
