Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Planning and scheduling market visits to generate business.
2. Visiting and interacting with prospective leads and customers.
3. Acquiring new clients and maintaining relationships with existing clients.
4. Traveling extensively to different parts of Hyderabad.
5. Visiting clients to assist them with loan applications.
Requirements:
1. Good communication skills, handling customer queries.
2. Good knowledge of the area or territory to target the right customers/corporates for better sales conversion.
3. Superpowers or skills that will help you succeed in this role.
4. High level of drive, initiative and self-motivation.
5. Understanding of product, i.e. loans.
6. Strong communication, a growth mindset, and a go-get attitude.
7. Education: graduation or postgraduation preferred.
8. Experience: 0-3 years of work experience in any corporate sales/field sales

Job offer: On successful conversion to a permanent employee, the candidate can expect a salary of Rs. 300000 to 600000 /year
Stipend structure: This is a performance-based internship. In addition to the minimum-assured stipend, you will also be paid a performance-linked incentive (₹ 500 per sale).
