About the internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Identify potential customers through market research, networking, and cold calling
2. Qualify leads based on criteria such as budget, authority, need, and timeline
3. Build and maintain a pipeline of leads for continuous sales opportunities
4. Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to showcase features and benefits
5. Understand customer needs and recommend suitable products or services to meet those needs
6. Negotiate terms and close sales deals to achieve or exceed sales targets
7. Establish and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers
8. Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction
9. Follow up with customers post-sales to gather feedback, upsell/cross-sell additional products, and foster long-term relationships
10. Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities
11. Gather feedback from customers to identify areas for improvement in products or services
12. Provide insights to the marketing and product development teams to refine strategies and offerings
13. Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and transactions
14. Prepare and present regular sales reports, forecasts, and performance metrics to management
