About the internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. UI/UX Design Collaboration: Collaborate with design teams to translate UI/UX designs into Figma prototypes and interactive user interfaces.
2. Prototyping: Create interactive prototypes using Figma to demonstrate functionality and design concepts.
3. Component Libraries: Build and maintain reusable component libraries to ensure consistency and efficiency in design and development processes.
4. Version Control: Manage version control and ensure proper organization of Figma files to facilitate collaboration among team members.
5. Design Implementation: Work closely with development teams to implement designs accurately and efficiently, ensuring alignment with design specifications.
6. User Testing Support: Assist in user testing activities by providing prototypes and design assets for feedback and iteration.
7. Documentation: Document design specifications, guidelines, and best practices to ensure clarity and consistency across projects.
8. Learning and Development: Stay updated on industry trends, tools, and best practices related to Figma and UI/UX design.

Other requirements

1. Proficiency in Figma: strong proficiency in using Figma for designing, prototyping, and collaboration.

2. UI/UX Design Fundamentals: Understanding the Basic Principles of User Interface and User Experience Design.

3. Frontend Development Skills: Basic knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript is a plus, as it can help in understanding the implementation of designs.

4. Attention to Detail: Strong attention to detail is needed to ensure accuracy in design implementation and consistency across different devices and platforms.

5. Communication Skills: Effective communication skills are needed to collaborate with design and development teams, as well as to present design ideas and concepts.

6. Problem-Solving Abilities: Ability to think critically and solve design problems creatively.

7. Team Player: ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and willingness to learn from others.
