As a Research intern, you will have the opportunity to work on Financial Economics & Fintech projects along with academic experts. You will play a crucial role in providing data-driven insights into financial economics and policy domains.
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Conducting in-depth research and analysis using various tools and methodologies
2. Utilizing econometric models and statistical techniques to identify trends and patterns in data
3. Generating comprehensive reports and presentations to communicate findings and recommendations
4. Assisting in the development of research proposals and methodologies
5. Staying up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in research and analytics

Dr. Vidhu Shekhar is the assistant professor of finance and economics at the SP Jain Institute of Management & Research, Mumbai. He's also spearheading the fintech practice at the institute. He has an academic background in Ph.D. (IIM Calcutta), MBA (IIM Calcutta), and B.Tech. (IIT Kharagpur).
