About the internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Product development: Develop new food products from concept to commercialization. Modify and improve existing recipes for better taste, texture, and nutritional value. Conduct market research to identify consumer trends and preferences.
2. Food safety & quality control: Ensure compliance with food safety standards (HACCP, GMP, ISO). Develop and monitor quality assurance systems for food production. Test products for nutritional content, shelf life, and microbial activity.
3. Process development: Optimize food production processes for efficiency and cost-effectiveness. Collaborate with production teams to ensure smooth scaling up of new products.
4. Research: Stay updated with the latest advancements in food science and technology. Conduct laboratory tests to improve food products' safety, stability, and quality.
5. Regulatory compliance: Ensure all products meet local and international food regulations. Prepare and maintain accurate documentation for regulatory approvals.
Sustainability: Develop sustainable practices in food sourcing and production.

4. are from or open to relocate to Hyderabad and neighboring cities

Other requirements

1. Educational background: Bachelor's degree in food science, food technology, chemistry, or a related field.

2. Technical skills: Knowledge of food chemistry, microbiology, and preservation methods.

3. Proficient in sensory evaluation and nutritional analysis.

4. Familiarity with food production equipment and processes.

5. Soft Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

6. Good communication and teamwork abilities.

7. Attention to detail and project management skills.
