As a Founder's office intern at Pawzz, you will have the opportunity to work directly with the company's leadership team to support various aspects of the business. Your role will require a strong understanding of effective communication, market analysis, time management, dbms, event management, compensation management, english proficiency (spoken and written), and advanced excel skills.
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Assisting in conducting market analysis to identify trends and opportunities for growth
2. Managing the company's database system to ensure accurate and up-to-date information
3. Supporting in planning and executing company events, including coordinating logistics and managing guest lists
4. Assisting in compensation management tasks, such as payroll processing and benefits administration
5. Communicating effectively with team members and external partners to ensure smooth operations
6. Utilizing advanced Excel skills to create reports, analyze data, and provide insights to the leadership team
7. Helping with various administrative tasks as needed to support the Founder and ensure operational efficiency
