GeM / Tender Specialist Internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Tender Identification: Manage the end-to-end tender process, from identifying opportunities to submission and follow-up.
2. Documentation: Coordinate with internal teams to gather necessary documentation, pricing, and technical specifications for tender submissions. The client's requirements need to be addressed.
3. Compliance: Ensure adherence to legal and regulatory requirements throughout the tendering process, including ethical standards and conflict of interest policies.
4. Bid Management: Manage the entire bid process, including timelines, deliverables, and stakeholder coordination, to ensure the timely submission of proposals.
5. Reporting: Throughout the process, various reports need to be submitted to the management.
