General Management Internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Assisting with the development and implementation of HR programs and initiatives
2. Supporting the PR team in creating engaging content for press releases and social media platforms
3. Helping to organize and facilitate training sessions for employees in the Learning & Development department
4. Assisting the finance team with budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis
5. Supporting the sales & marketing team in creating presentations and marketing materials using MS PowerPoint
6. Collaborating with senior management on strategic initiatives and projects
7. Contributing to cross-functional teams and gaining exposure to various aspects of the hospitality industry
