About the internship
Responsibilities:
-Contribute to the development of visual content for a range of marketing materials, such as social media graphics, email campaigns, website visuals, and print materials.
-Work closely with the marketing team to create design concepts that adhere to the company's brand identity and messaging.
-Provide support in the production and editing of multimedia content, including images and videos.
-Participate in brainstorming sessions and provide creative insights for design initiatives.
-Stay informed about industry trends and the latest advancements in design technologies.
Requirements:
-A candidate with a bachelor's degree who aspires to be a graphic designer.
-Proficiency in Figma and Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
-Strong understanding of design principles, layout, and typography.
-Basic knowledge of video editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere, Final Cut Pro) is a plus.
-Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment.
-Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
-A strong portfolio showcasing design projects (academic projects and internships are acceptable)
Internship Compensation
The compensation for the first 3 months shall be INR 5000 per month. Based on the performance, it shall be increased to INR 8000-12,000 per month for the final 3 months.
Post Internship
Post Successful completion of the internship program, based on the performance, the candidate shall be absorbed into the organization as a permanent employee as per industry standards.
