About the internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Creative Concept Development: Collaborating with the creative team to develop visually engaging concepts for digital campaigns, branding, social media, websites, and marketing materials
2. Design Execution: Creating stunning visuals that align with clients' brand identities, including graphics for websites, social media platforms, emails, advertisements, presentations, and more
3. Brand Consistency: Ensuring design consistency and adhering to brand guidelines across all projects and touchpoints
4. Collaborative Brainstorming: Working closely with copywriters, marketers, and other team members to generate innovative ideas that meet client objectives
5. Client Presentations: Presenting and communicating your design concepts to clients, taking feedback to refine and improve them
6. Design Research & Trends: Staying updated with the latest design trends, tools, and techniques, and bringing fresh, innovative ideas to the table
7. Project Management: Managing multiple design projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality output

Other requirements

1. Must be proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects), Figma, and similar design tools

2. Should have a strong portfolio showcasing a range of design work across digital and print mediums

3. Should have a strong knowledge of typography, color theory, layout design, and branding principles

4. Must possess a high level of attention to detail with an eye for design aesthetics

5. Should be able to manage multiple projects simultaneously, adhering to deadlines

6. Strong verbal and written communication skills for team collaboration and client presentations are preferred

7. Should be able to adapt to different client needs and styles, working on projects ranging from sleek corporate designs to vibrant creative campaigns

8. Knowledge of motion graphics and/or video editing, UX/UI design principles, and Illustration skills is preferred

Additional information

Job offer: On successful conversion to a permanent employee, the candidate can expect a salary of Rs. 200000 to 500000 /year
