About the internship
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Graphic Design: Assist in creating visual assets for various marketing materials, including social media graphics, website banners, email newsletters, print materials, and more
2. Conceptualization: Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute creative ideas for design projects, aligning with the company's branding and objectives
3. Software Proficiency: Learn and utilize design software such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign to execute design tasks efficiently
4. Collaboration: Work closely with the design team and other departments to understand project requirements, provide design support, and ensure consistency in brand messaging and visual identity
5. Feedback Incorporation: Receive constructive feedback on your designs and iterate based on feedback to improve quality and effectiveness
6. Research: Stay updated on design trends, techniques, and best practices, and incorporate them into your work to enhance creativity and innovation
7. Project Management: Manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritize tasks effectively, and meet deadlines while maintaining high-quality standards

Additional information
Stipend structure: This is a performance-based internship. In addition to the minimum-assured stipend, you will also be paid a performance-linked incentive (₹ 3000 per more client deliveries).
