2. Strong interest in graphic design with some prior experience or relevant coursework
3. A collaborative and proactive approach to work
4. Basic understanding of business objectives and design principles
5. Familiarity with industry-standard design software is a plus
6. Ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
7. Strong portfolio showcasing design projects or coursework
