About the internship
Does the business of music festivals, HNI weddings, and large-scale events excite you?
If yes, E-Factor Experiences is looking for self-motivated, young professionals who are proficient in 2D graphic design to join our dynamic team. As a graphic design intern with us, you will have the opportunity to showcase your skills and gain valuable hands-on experience in the fast-paced and innovative business of events and entertainment.
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Participate in brainstorming sessions to generate creative ideas for client projects
2. Visualize and create mood boards and brand identities (logos, mockups, and brand guideline decks)
3. Visualize and create marketing campaigns and collateral (flyers, brochures, etc.)
4. Assist in the development of digital assets for social media, websites, and email campaigns
5. Assist the 3D team in creating event backdrops, set designs, venue branding, merchandise, etc.
6. Assist the production team in creating storyboards and visual assets
7. Communicate effectively with team members to ensure project deadlines are met and expectations are exceeded

Other requirements
1. Candidates with a formal degree or diploma in design will be preferred.
2. Candidates with Behance portfolios will be preferred.
3. Candidates must have great communication skills.
4. This is a full-time in-office internship at our Noida office.
5. Candidates might be required to travel to events (optional).

Job offer: On successful conversion to a permanent employee, the candidate can expect a salary of Rs. 600000 to 900000 /year
Note: The first round will be a Zoom call followed by a test assignment, and then the final round of face-to-face interviews at our Noida office.
