About the internship
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Designing visual content for various marketing materials, including social media graphics, website banners, digital ads, and print collateral.
2. Creating and editing videos for promotional campaigns, client presentations, and advertising initiatives.
3. Collaborating with the creative team to brainstorm ideas and develop concepts that align with client objectives and brand guidelines.
4. Managing multiple projects simultaneously and ensuring timely delivery of high-quality design and video assets.
5. Incorporating feedback from clients and team members to refine designs and video edits.
6. Staying up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in graphic design, video editing, and digital marketing.
7. Assisting with other design-related tasks as needed, such as photo retouching, illustration, and motion graphics.
8. Maintaining organized files and project documentation to facilitate efficient workflow and project management.
9. Communicating effectively with clients to understand their vision and objectives and presenting design concepts and video drafts for review and approval.
10. Contributing to the overall creative direction and visual identity of the agency's branding and marketing efforts.

Other requirements
1. A portfolio showcasing a diverse range of graphic design and video editing projects across various platforms and industries.
2. Ability to translate client briefs and marketing objectives into visually compelling design and video solutions.
3. Experience with motion graphics, animation, and special effects to enhance video content.
4. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to articulate creative ideas and collaborate effectively with clients and team members.
5. Strong attention to detail and a passion for creating polished and professional designs and videos.
6. Flexibility and adaptability to work on multiple projects with shifting priorities & deadlines in a fast-paced environment

Additional information
Stipend structure: This is a performance-based internship. In addition to the minimum-assured stipend, you will also be paid a performance-linked incentive (₹ 150 per creatives used in the respective project).
