About the internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Campaign Management: Assist in the design and execution of marketing campaigns, including digital marketing, content creation, and social media management
2. Performance Metrics: Track and report on the performance of growth initiatives against ROI and KPIs
3. Market Research: Conduct research to understand industry trends and the competitive landscape
4. Lead Generation: Support efforts to generate new business leads through various channels
5. Content Creation: Help develop content for our blogs, websites, and social media that highlights our products and services
6. Event Management: Contribute to the planning and execution of events, ensuring they effectively engage our target audience
7. Social Media: Oversee and enhance our social media presence, creating compelling content that boosts engagement and brand visibility
8. CRM Monitoring: Monitor the CRM and lead status with the sales team to optimize lead management and conversion processes

Other requirements

1. Currently pursuing or graduating with a degree in engineering, business, economics, or a related discipline.

2. Demonstrated analytical abilities and problem-solving skills.

3. Capable of working autonomously as well as collaboratively within a team.

4. Strong interest in technology, specifically in software development and quality engineering/testing sectors.

5. Intermediate knowledge of Excel.

6. Ability to leverage AI tools to simplify tasks and reduce manual efforts.

7. Excellent written and spoken English.

8. A data-driven mindset.
