The intern shall be given an opportunity to be exposed to the HR functions.
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Collecting, analyzing, and interpreting HR data
2. Assist the team in generating reports and making presentations based on data analysis for HR decision-making
3. Assist in preparing Metrics and dashboards
4. Collaborate with HR team members to identify trends and insights from data
5. Will be practicing Talent Acquisition and other related HR functions
Only those candidates can apply who:
1. are available for full time (in-office) internship
2. can start the internship between 8th May'24 and 12th Jun'24
3. are available for duration of 3 months
4. have relevant skills and interests
1. Courses or a degree in Statistics or HR Analytics.
