About the internship
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Employee records: Maintaining and updating employee records, including ensuring accuracy and confidentiality
2. New employee orientation: Assisting with onboarding and orientation activities for new hires
3. Employee inquiries: Handling employee inquiries and requests, and contributing to the resolution of basic employee issues
4. Compliance: Assisting in checking compliance with labor codes and applicable local and state laws
5. Data analysis: Analyzing turnover rates, tracking employee performance, and identifying trends within the organization
6. Employee engagement: Organizing team-building activities, recognition programs, and employee surveys
7. Communication: Writing employee communications and correspondence about updates in HR policies
