HR intern performs administrative tasks, such as screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and assisting with HR processes like job posting and HR events.
Description:
1. Screening resumes and application forms.
2. Schedule and confirm interviews with candidates.
3. Post, update, and remove job ads from job boards, careers pages, and social networks
4. Prepare HR-related reports as needed (like training budgets by department)
Requirements and skills :
1. Experience in resume screening.
2. Good Communication Skills.
3. Good understanding of full-cycle recruiting.
4. MBA / BBA in Human Resources Management or a similar field.
