Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Assisting with posting job ads and sourcing candidates through various platforms
2. Screening resumes and conduct initial phone interviews
3. Coordinating interviews between candidates and hiring managers
4. Assisting with drafting job descriptions and offer letters
5. Supporting the onboarding process for new hires
6. Providing administrative support to the recruitment team
7. Learning about recruitment best practices and industry trends through hands-on experience
