HR Consultant Internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Supervise pre-survey and delivery team activities
2. Conduct post-survey demonstrations and train the client team on the application of our software
3. Analyze and present survey insights and actionable recommendations to our clients
4. Oversee quarterly follow-ups and guide existing clients in implementing and tracking progress on action plans derived from survey results
5. Work on up-selling and cross-selling our products and services to existing clients
6. Develop training programs tailored for managers, leaders, HR professionals, and employees
7. Create and implement training initiatives and development programs
8. Design and refine survey questions and modules to ensure data quality and relevance
9. Perform data analytics and produce white papers to share insights and trends.
10. Assist with ad-hoc projects as needed
11. Take on additional responsibilities in your area of expertise or related fields as required
