About the internship
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Assist in the recruitment process, including screening resumes, conducting interviews, and coordinating with candidates.
2. Maintain and update employee records as per company policies and legal requirements.
3. Support onboarding and off boarding processes.
4. Provide support in employee relations, resolving issues, and ensuring compliance with labor laws.
5. Handle administrative tasks such as drafting letters, preparing reports, and maintaining records.
6. Ensure compliance with HR policies, procedures, and best practices.
