HR Consultant Internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Sourcing Candidates: Utilizing job portals, social media, and networking to find potential candidates for BFSI roles.
2. Screening Resumes: Reviewing and shortlisting resumes to match job requirements.
3. Scheduling Interviews: Coordinating interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
4. Maintaining Candidate Database: Updating and managing candidate information in the internal database or ATS system.
5. Conducting Initial Interviews: Engaging with candidates over phone calls for preliminary screening and gauging their interest.
6. Follow-up: Staying in touch with candidates to provide updates on interview status or next steps.
7. Assisting in Onboarding: Helping with onboarding tasks for new hires, including documentation and orientation.
8. Daily Reports: Submitting daily reports on the progress of recruitment activities to the HR manager.
