Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Assist with recruitment processes, including job postings, scheduling interviews, and conducting reference checks
2. Maintain employee records and ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
3. Assist with onboarding and orientation processes for new hires
4. Provide support with training and development programs for employees
5. Assist with performance management processes, including tracking performance evaluations and providing support to managers
6. Utilize Advanced Excel skills to analyze HR data and generate reports for management
7. Support the HR team with various administrative tasks and projects as needed
