HR Internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Assist with end-to-end recruitment processes, including posting job ads, screening candidates, and scheduling interviews.
2. Create engaging content for social media platforms, including LinkedIn, Instagram, and Facebook, to promote employer branding and company culture.
3. Identify and research potential sales leads and prospects using online tools and databases.
4. Assist the sales team in reaching out to prospects through cold calls, emails, and social media channels.

Requirements:

1. Completed a degree in MBA - HR, Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
2. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
3. Strong interest in HR, content creation, and sales development.
4. Proficiency in social media platforms and content management tools.
5. Basic understanding of graphic design tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Photoshop) is a plus.
6. Create engaging content for social media platforms, including LinkedIn, Instagram, and Facebook, to promote employer branding and company culture.
7. Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
8. Strong organizational and time management skills.
9. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace.
