About the internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Assist with building the AI product to screen candidates automatically
2. Support recruitment efforts by sourcing, screening and interviewing candidates
3. Help create templates of JDs and parse resumes to identify right attributes automatically
4. Maintain and update candidate trackers & dashboards
5. Use MS-Excel to analyze HR data and generate reports
6. Collaborate with team members on various HR projects and initiatives
7. Screen candidates' resumes and job applications

Who can apply

Other requirements

1. Currently pursuing a bachelors degree in human resources, business administration, or a related field.

2. Demonstrated interest in talent acquisition and HR processes.

3. Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel and Word.

4. Strong verbal and written communication skills.

5. Possess the ability to maintain a high level of confidentiality.

6. Good organizational and time management skills.

7. Demonstrated attention to detail and accuracy.

8. A minimum of 6 months of experience in an HR internship with a focus on talent acquisition.

9. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

10. A minimum availability of 3 months for the internship.
