About the internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Participate in recruitment efforts by researching and generating lists of top talent. Collaborate with the team to screen and interview candidates, manage all associated communication and documentation, and ensure smooth onboarding of new team members.
2. Work with the HR team to maintain, track, and manage employee data and documents, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies and regulations.
3. Represent FactWise at top universities, engage with students and faculty to build relationships, and attract top talent through campus recruitment drives, supported by the entire team.
4. Ensure a smooth transition for new hires by effectively onboarding them across different experience levels. Provide a comprehensive introduction to company culture and policies, collaborating with colleagues to foster a welcoming environment for new team members.
5. Participate in assessment evaluation and rubrics, optimizing the talent selection process.
6. Understand B2B SaaS and collaborate with the team to create content that effectively communicates the benefits of our product across various marketing channels as an Ops Intern.
7. Work closely with the team to plan and execute web, SEO/SEM (Research and analysis), database marketing, email, social media, and display advertising campaigns.
8. Collaborate on business development initiatives, including researching industry trends and analyzing market data to develop value propositions and generate ideas for marketing communications.

Other requirements

Must-haves:

1. Bachelors degree in marketing, human resources, management, or a related field.

2. Exceptional writing and editing skills with strong creative abilities.

3. Proficiency with productivity tools: MS Word, MS PowerPoint, MS Excel.

4. Ability to conduct thorough research, analyze data, and draw meaningful insights to inform marketing strategies and HR initiatives.

Nice-to-haves:

5. Strong communication, adaptability, and interpersonal skills.

6. Solid analytical and data management skills with an ability to define and evaluate metrics.

7. Experience in startup environments that are fast-paced, and dynamic, and operate with a joint ownership model.
