We are looking for an HR Intern to perform various administrative tasks and support our HR department's daily activities. If you're interested in kickstarting your career in HR and getting a closer look at how our company approaches operations, recruiting, and employee development, we'd like to meet you.
1. Updating our internal databases with new employee information like contact details and employment forms.
2. Conduct initial screenings to assess candidate qualifications.
3. Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
4. Serve as the main point of contact for candidates throughout the recruitment process.
5. Updating candidate tracking spreadsheets to create a strong talent pipeline for key roles.
6. Participate in organizing company events and topical days.
7. Providing general administrative support to the HR department
