HR (IT Talent Acquisition) Internship

We are looking for an enthusiastic and detail-oriented HR intern to join our HR team. As an HR intern, you will play a key role in supporting various HR functions, including recruitment, onboarding, employee engagement, and day-to-day HR operations. Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Recruitment & Onboarding:

Assist in sourcing candidates through job portals, social media, and campus recruitment
Schedule interviews and coordinate communication between candidates and interviewers

2. HR Administration:

Ensure HR documents are up to date and properly filed, both physically and digitally

3. Employee Engagement & Relations:

Assist in organizing employee engagement activities, such as team events, workshops, and other internal programs

Key Requirements:

1. Education: Bachelor's degree in human resources, business administration, or a related field
