HR Operations Internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Providing valuable support in carrying out the day-to-day HR activities of the organization
2. Supporting employee onboarding and offboarding processes, including induction, to ensure a smooth transition for new hires and departing employees
3. Helping to maintain internal HR records and databases with accurate employee information and confidentiality, including contact details and employment forms
4. Preparing HR-related reports as needed (e.g., department lists, headcount data) and addressing employee queries about benefits (e.g., insurance, leave, reimbursement)
5. Assisting in the campus recruitment process by connecting with placement cells, screening resumes and application forms, and scheduling assessment tests and interviews with students
6. Assisting in organizing training sessions, workshops, and other HR events, and participating in engagement activities such as birthday and festival celebrations
7. Aligning new employees with managers and their teams
8. Performing other related administrative tasks
