1. Must be a graduate in human resources.
2. Must have excellent data churning and analytics skills with preferred proficiency or expertise in MS Office Suite, Excel, and the ability to create charts and presentations.
3. Knowledge of Indian operations, payroll, and visa processing.
4. Strong interpersonal skills.
5. Ability to work in a matrix environment with strong influencing and prioritization skills.
6. A team player who possesses good entrepreneurial acumen and an innovative and problem-solving attitude.
7. Excellent communication (written and verbal) and presentation skills.
8. Be outgoing, dynamic, data- & metrics-driven, have an eye for detail, and have the ability to deal with ambiguity in shifting and fast-paced environments.
