About the internship
As an HR operations intern, you will have the opportunity to gain hands-on experience in various aspects of human resources administration and operations. You will work closely with the HR ops team to support day-to-day activities, learn about HR processes and systems, and contribute to projects aimed at enhancing our HR operations efficiency and effectiveness.
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Assisting with employee onboarding and off-boarding processes, including paperwork, data entry, and coordination with different departments.
2. Supporting HRIS (Human Resources Information System) maintenance by updating employee records, generating reports, and ensuring data accuracy and confidentiality.
3. Helping manage employee files and documentation, both physical and electronic, in compliance with company policies and regulations.
4. Contributing to benefit administration tasks, such as enrollment, changes, and inquiries, and assisting in conducting benefits-related research as needed.
Qualifications:
1. Currently pursuing a degree in Human Resources, business administration, or related field.
2. Basic knowledge of Microsoft Excel
3. Good communication skills, with the ability to work well in a team environment.
