As an HR recruiter intern at Talent Integrators, you will have the opportunity to gain hands-on experience in the recruitment process while utilizing your skills in MS Excel, MS Word, and effective communication. Your English proficiency, both written and spoken, will be essential in attracting top talent to our company.
1. Assisting in sourcing and screening candidates for various job positions
2. Coordinating interviews and communicating with candidates throughout the recruitment process
3. Utilizing MS Excel to track and analyze recruitment data
4. Collaborating with team members to create job descriptions and post openings on job boards
5. Conducting reference checks and background screenings for potential hires
6. Developing relationships with universities and attending career fairs to attract young talent
7. Managing multiple recruitment tasks efficiently with strong time management skills
