HR Recruiter Internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Collaborate with hiring managers to identify staffing needs and requirements
2. Source, screen, and recruit candidates through various channels
3. Manage candidate screening, selection, and interview processes
4. Coordinate with external vendors for candidate sourcing
5. Facilitate the onboarding process for new hires and contractors
6. Conduct regular follow-ups with candidates throughout the recruitment process
7. Develop and maintain candidate pipelines for future staffing needs
8. Establish and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders and external partners
9. Participate in job fairs networking events, and other recruitment activities
10. Provide regular updates and reports on staffing metrics and progress
11. Ensure compliance with all relevant employment laws and regulations
12. Contribute to the continuous improvement of recruitment processes and strategies
13. Participate in cross-functional projects and initiatives as required
14. Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in staffing and recruitment
15. Handle negotiations with potential candidates and external vendors
