HRBP Internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Support HR initiatives: Implement HR programs and initiatives, including employee onboarding, performance management, and employee engagement.
2. Analyze data: Gather and analyze HR metrics and data to drive decision-making and strategic planning.
3. Address employee relations: Resolve employee inquiries and concerns, and collaborate with the HRBP team to address workplace issues.
4. Assist with projects: Contribute to special HR projects and initiatives, such as policy development, training programs, and organizational assessments.
5. Maintain documentation: Update and manage HR documentation, including employee records, policies, and procedures.
6. Collaborate with teams: Work closely with various departments and HR team members to support business needs and ensure effective communication.
