Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Study the job description and understand the requirements by the hiring manager
2. Source potential candidates from various online channels (e.g. social media and professional platforms like Naukri etc.)
3. Draft recruiting emails to attract passive candidates
4. Interview candidates (via phone, video and in-person)
5. Schedule interviews with the hiring manager
