About the internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Assist with the recruitment process, including posting job openings, reviewing resumes, and conducting initial screenings
2. Support onboarding and offboarding processes, ensuring a smooth transition for new hires and departing employees
3. Help organize and coordinate employee training and development programs.
4. Assist with the maintenance of employee records and HR databases
5. Participate in HR projects and initiatives, such as employee engagement surveys and diversity and inclusion programs
6. Provide administrative support to the HR team, including scheduling interviews, preparing documents, and managing HR-related correspondence
7. Respond to employee inquiries and provide general HR assistance as needed

Other requirements

1. Currently pursuing or recently completing a degree in human resources, business administration, psychology, or a related field.

2. Knowledge of recruitment platforms like Indeed, Naukri, and Internshala.

3. Good people skills and willingness to take interviews.

4. Strong interest in pursuing a career in Human Resources.

5. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

6. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

7. Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.

8. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

9. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

10. Previous internship or work experience in HR or a related field.

11. Familiarity with HR software and systems.

12. Knowledge of labor laws and employment regulations.
