Human Resources (HR) Internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Assist students: Provide guidance and support to students in their job search process, and offer advice on resume building, interview preparation, and professional networking.
2. Recruiter engagement: Reach out to potential recruiters, establish and maintain relationships with them, and promote our students' profiles for suitable job opportunities.
3. Interview coordination: Arrange interviews between students and recruiters, and ensure smooth communication and coordination throughout the process.
4. Database maintenance: Create and maintain a comprehensive database of recruiters, job opportunities, and student profiles. Regularly update and organize the information for efficient use by the team.
5. Feedback collection: Gather feedback from students after interviews and share valuable insights with them to help improve their interview skills and chances of success.
6. Collaboration: Collaborate with the training and placement teams to understand the skill set of students and align them with suitable job openings.
