Human Resources (HR) Internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Organize and maintain physical employee files, ensuring documents are properly sorted, labeled, and stored.
2. Digitize physical documents by scanning and categorizing them into virtual folders for easy access and retrieval.
3. Assist in implementing a systematic filing process for both physical and virtual records.
4. Support the HR team by handling file-related requests and ensuring compliance with data protection policies.
5. Conduct regular audits of physical and virtual files to ensure accuracy and completeness.
6. Coordinate with other departments to collect, verify, and file necessary documents.
7. Ensure confidentiality and proper handling of sensitive information.
