About the internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Talent acquisition: Supporting the team with the recruitment process, including job postings, resume screening, and coordinating the interviews
2. Onboarding: Supporting new employees settling in by guiding them through paperwork and orientation sessions, etc.
3. Probation to confirmation: Assisting the managers in the process of employee confirmation
4. Renewals: Supporting the line managers during the renewal period and support in contract renewals
5. Exit process: Assisting with the exit process by coordinating exit interviews and ensuring all necessary paperwork is done
6. Data management: Helping with data compilations such as weekly and monthly reports, maintaining insurance, BGV records, employee files, etc.
