We are looking for a talented HR with the following key responsibilities and duties on a day-to-day basis.
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Sourcing candidates that match the desired skills
2. Screening the candidates by conducting telephonic or personal interviews as the case may be
3. Encouraging the employees to provide references for better prospects
4. Arranging for technical interviews and coordinating with the concerned person
5. Communicating the employment status to the applied candidates
6. Maintaining and updating the database of the candidates
7. Doing a background verification of the shortlisted candidates
Note:
1. Communication, negotiation, positive attitude, and confidence
2. Should know how to keep candidates engaged & most importantly take follow-ups
3. Take care of employee engagement programs, joining formalities, exit formalities, etc.
4. Experience in recruitment
5. Understanding manpower requisition from the concerned department
6. Understanding the requirement and accordingly drafting a job description and getting it approved by the concerned person

3. are available for duration of 3 months
