Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Preparing and validating a job description
2. Posting of jobs in various job portals
3. Working on basic screening and technical interview of candidates
4. Scheduling interviews of candidates & coordination
5. Preparing offer letter, appointment letter, CTC structure
6. Preparing salary statement and processing of salary
