Fyn is re-imagining the Indian logistics and transportation experience with its range of green, affordable, stylish, easy-to-use EV solutions in both personal and commercial spheres. We offer end-to-end micro-mobility sustainable EV solutions with data-driven analytics, particularly to augment productivity in last-mile logistics and transportation. Apart from direct institutional sales and exports, our scalable lease-back business model assures high returns to investors, by enabling high asset utilization, seamless operations, and greater outreach through shared mobility and commercial delivery logistics.
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Working with hiring managers to understand the hiring needs and specifications
2. Posting job advertisements to job portals and social media platforms
3. Sourcing the right candidates as per the JD from different sourcing channels
4. Screening potential candidates' resumes and profiles to identify suitable candidates who will match the business requirements and check culture fit to fill the job vacancies
5. Coordinating with stakeholders/interview panels and scheduling interviews with shortlisted candidates
6. Communicating with candidates at every step of the recruiting process via calls and emails
7. Generating offer and appointment letters post-final selection
8. Updating the data in various HR sheets/databases
9. Handling various HR operations tasks
10. Assisting in day-to-day HR-related activities
